Dosa Tawa

Cast iron dosa tawas from 10 to 12 inches, in flat, edge-raised and double-handled patterns. Cast iron holds an even heat right to the rim, which is what gives a dosa a consistent colour instead of a pale edge. All are pre-seasoned and ready to use.
