This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and who else sees it. It describes what the site actually does, not what a template says it might do.

What we collect
If you create an account: your name, email address, and phone number if you give one. Your password is never stored. We keep only a one-way cryptographic hash of it, which cannot be turned back into your password.
If you place an order: the delivery name, phone number and address you enter, and your email address. These are stored with the order so we can deliver it and so you have a record of what you bought.
If you send an enquiry or use the contact form: your name, email, phone number and your message.
If you leave a review: your rating and what you wrote.
When you sign in: we record the email address used and the IP address it came from, so that repeated failed attempts can be slowed down. This is a security measure against people trying to break into accounts.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card details. Payment happens on the payment provider's own page. We receive only a reference number, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.
There is no advertising tracking on this site. No analytics service, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, and no third-party scripts that follow you between websites.
Cookies
One cookie, set by this site: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and remembers your basket. It cannot be read by JavaScript and is not sent to other sites. Nothing else is stored on your device.
Who else sees your data
Our payment provider receives the order amount and reference so it can take the payment. Your card details go to them and never to us.
Our email provider receives your email address and the message we send you, so that order confirmations and password resets can be delivered.
YouTube, but only if you click play on a demo video. Until you click, no video is loaded and YouTube is not contacted. We use their no-cookie player.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we may need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Enquiries and reviews are kept while they remain useful to us. Failed sign-in records are used only briefly, to limit repeated attempts.
If you want your data removed, contact us and we will tell you what we can delete and what we are required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can update your own name, email, phone and addresses at any time from your account.

Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Passwords are hashed. Administrative areas require a separate sign-in. We take reasonable care, though no website can promise perfect security.
