Shipping Policy

We deliver across India. Delivery is charged by weight and destination, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

How delivery is charged

Delivery is calculated by our courier from the weight of your order and your PIN code. Enter your PIN code at checkout and the charge appears in your order summary before payment. Nothing is added afterwards.

Cast iron is heavy, and we would rather show you the real figure than a flat estimate that is wrong in both directions. A large kadai or dutch oven can carry a delivery charge of a few hundred rupees.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in India our courier services. We do not deliver outside India at present.

If we cannot deliver to your PIN code, checkout will tell you before you pay rather than after.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Our working days are Monday to Saturday; we are closed on Sundays.

Time in transit after dispatch is set by the courier and depends on distance. Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu are usually quickest, and deliveries to north and east India take longer. We do not quote a delivery date we cannot control.

Heavy items and machinery

Orders over 20 kg cannot be sent by courier. That covers commercial wet grinders and most machinery.

These are quoted per order, with delivery and installation priced for your location. Send an enquiry from the product page or call us, and we will come back to you with a price.

If something arrives damaged

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. You do not pay return delivery on a damaged or incorrect item. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Please check machinery on arrival rather than after installation. Transit damage is much harder to resolve once a machine has been commissioned.
