Prices

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been placed.

Commercial machinery is quoted per order, because delivery, installation and configuration vary by location. Those details are confirmed with you before the order is taken.

Orders

An order is a request to buy. It is confirmed only when payment has been verified. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and agree how to proceed. We do not cancel an order without telling you.

We may decline an order where the price or product information was clearly wrong, or where we cannot deliver to your location.

Warranty

Commercial kitchen equipment carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or work carried out by someone we did not authorise. A wide range of spare parts is available for our machinery, so most faults are repaired rather than replaced.

Cast iron cookware is supplied pre-seasoned. Cast iron rusts if it is left wet. Surface rust from storage or use is not a manufacturing defect.

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
