Prices

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees. You can choose another currency to read them in — that figure is converted at the day's rate as a guide, and the rupee figure is the one we quote from.

There is no online checkout. Every order is confirmed by enquiry: we come back to you with the price, delivery and any export charges in writing before anything is agreed. We may change a listed price at any time, but a change never affects a quotation we have already given you.

Shipping, insurance and any customs charges on an export order are quoted separately and are not included in the listed price. Commercial machinery is quoted per order, because delivery, installation and configuration vary by location.

Orders

An enquiry is not an order and commits you to nothing. We reply with a quotation covering price, delivery and anything else your order needs. An order exists once you accept that quotation in writing, and its payment terms are set out in it.

If something turns out to be unavailable after you have accepted a quotation, we contact you and agree how to proceed. We do not cancel an order without telling you.

We may decline an order where the price or product information was clearly wrong, or where we cannot deliver to your location.

Faults and spare parts

Products are not sold with a warranty. A wide range of spare parts is available for our machinery, so most faults are repaired rather than replaced. Contact us and we will tell you what a repair involves.

Cast iron cookware is supplied pre-seasoned. Cast iron rusts if it is left wet. Surface rust from storage or use is not a manufacturing defect.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
