Description
The Vtech Idly Steamer Electric Commercial - 8 Tray is designed for efficient and consistent steaming of idly in commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, catering units, canteens, cloud kitchens, and other food-service establishments. With a total capacity of 8 trays, the machine is suitable for preparing idly in commercial quantities.
The machine supports three types of idly trays: Big Idly Tray with 9 pits per tray, Mini Idly Tray, and Thattu Idly Tray with 4 pits per tray. Two tray material options are also available: Stainless Steel and Non-Stick Aluminium. Customers can choose the required tray type and tray material according to their specific production and usage requirements.
The machine is equipped with a 3 KW electric heater and operates on 220V single-phase power. It requires approximately 15 minutes of pre-heating followed by approximately 20 minutes of steaming, depending on operating conditions and the quantity of batter.
The machine body is made from SS202 stainless steel, while the Stainless Steel tray option is made from SS304 stainless steel for food-contact applications. With a compact tray dimension of 295 × 295 mm and a machine weight of approximately 30 KG, this 8 tray electric idly steamer provides a practical solution for commercial idly preparation.

The machine comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects in the machine and electrical components. Consumable parts, physical damage, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty
