The VTech Idly Steamer Electric Commercial - 12 Tray is a high-capacity electric steam cooking machine designed for hotels, restaurants, catering units, canteens, cloud kitchens, mess facilities and other commercial food production environments. The machine has a total capacity of 12 trays and is designed for efficient large-scale idly production. Customers can choose the required tray type according to their production requirements. Three types of stainless steel trays are available: Big Idly Tray with 24 pits per tray, Mini Idly Tray and Thattu Idly Tray with 15 pits per tray. The machine operates using an electric steam heating system with a powerful 12 kW heater. It requires approximately 15 minutes of pre-heating followed by approximately 15 minutes of steaming, depending on the operating conditions and quantity being cooked. The main body is manufactured using SS202 stainless steel, while the food-contact trays are made from SS304 stainless steel. The 595 × 395 mm tray size provides a practical format for commercial kitchen operations. A temperature controller and manual timer control are provided for convenient operation.
