Description
Vtech Jackfruit Cutting Machine is specially designed for efficiently slicing jackfruit bulbs into long, uniform pieces suitable for preparing jackfruit chips. The machine uses sharp rotating circular blades to produce consistent slicing and significantly reduces the time and effort required compared with manual cutting. It is suitable for semi-ripe jackfruit prepared by separating the bulbs and removing the seeds before feeding them into the machine. The machine can also be used for slicing suitable soft and flexible food products such as leafy vegetables, cabbage and chip-making ingredients. Its rotating circular blade system provides different cutting sizes depending on the feeding position, while the compact feeding method allows the operator to process the material one piece at a time for better slicing results. With a capacity of up to 60 kg per hour, it is suitable for commercial jackfruit chip preparation and other food-processing applications.
